The English Artist gallery in Tiverton proudly presents BLOOM II, a vibrant summer exhibition celebrating its second anniversary. Running from 17th June to 31st July, this exciting showcase coincides with British Flowers Week and the 60th anniversary of Tiverton in Bloom, bringing together the work of over 25 British artists.

BLOOM II is a celebration of floral art in all its forms, featuring an inspiring mix of paintings, ceramics, glass, jewellery, textiles and sculpture, all handmade in Britain. Visitors can explore a colourful collection of contemporary and traditional works by renowned artists including Kirsten Elswood, Richard Glass, Graeme Hawes, Catherine Hills, Boo Mallinson, Alice Greenwood, Chris Hawkins, Helen Manning Clark and many more.

Highlights include new oil paintings by Kirsten Elswood, showcasing detailed floral studies inspired by everyday beauty, and expressive mixed-media sunflower works by Alison Rose. Richard Glass presents hand-blown glass vases and sculptures, while Chris Hawkins unveils striking raku-fired ceramics in bold, vibrant tones.

The exhibition also features contemporary ceramics by Kathryn Herbert, Anna Silverton, Michael Taylor and Elly Walls, alongside energetic monoprints by Helen Manning Clark and abstract paintings by Boo Mallinson. Detailed botanical works by Alice Greenwood and Jurgi Moor sit alongside Helaina Sharpley’s intricate wire sculptures, creating a rich and diverse visual experience.

Jewellery lovers can discover new floral-inspired designs by Katy Mackenzie, alongside beautiful handcrafted pieces from Holly Belsher, Catherine Hills and Louise O’Neil.

With its bold colours, diverse textures and celebration of nature, BLOOM II captures the essence of summer and British craftsmanship. This ever-changing gallery ensures there is always something fresh and inspiring to see.
